Philanthropic Organization for development Cooperation (PHODEC) is a non-profit making organization offering much needed support and fundraising for the rural communities, Women and Children who have experienced trauma and are living in poverty. By working in partnership with other partners, PHODEC aims to bring sustainable development and positive change to the lives of those in need.
